Beef Chow Mein

Chow Mein is one of my favourite takeout options, and we’ve managed to develop a recipe that tastes surprisingly like the real deal. The noodles are wonderfully bouncy and our special sauce pairs wonderfully with the savoury beef and sweet carrots. Add as much (or as little!) chilli as you fancy!
