Spiced Rosti Topped Fish PieBy ChefThe idea for this dish stems from the desire for a classic fish pie with a slight twist. I’ve added a special fish seasoning here to create a pleasant curried flavour.. The usual mashed potato has been replaced with a quicker and simpler potato rosti that’s been seasoned with cumin and salt. This was one of my favourite dishes when we tested it, and I’m sure it’ll be one of your favourites too!
