It consists of 9 spices and it’s a great all-purpose blend, which compliments this stew and enhances all the flavours making it really delicious without compromising the taste, you would normally get from a stew that takes longer.
Moroccan Za’atar Chickpea and Feta TraybakeBy Chef The spiced chickpeas work excellently with the salty feta, roasted vegetables, sweet raisins and savoury olives. Roasting lemon slices turns them wonderfully caramelized, giving the dish a lightly perfumed flavour. We’ve served this with a simple coriander couscous to let the flavours of the traybake shine through.
