Fried Tofu and Vegetables with Hoisin Sauce

I’m sure you will love our specially sourced deep fried tofu as much as I do - it is really one of the best ways to eat tofu! Hoisin sauce is one of my favourite things from a Chinese takeaway, and it goes with far more things than just duck. Here, the chilli and savoury mushrooms balances out the hoisin sauce, whilst the coriander brings an aromatic lift to the dish.
