There are few things I find more comforting than a pasta bake, and this one you can eat with the added assurance that it’s packed with vegetables - at least 3 of your 5 a day! We’ve added aromatic oregano and sweet thyme to provide an essential layer of flavour, then finished the dish with a layer of melted cheddar, because what’s a pasta bake without melted cheese?
