Moroccan Za’atar Chickpea and Feta Traybake

The spiced chickpeas work excellently with the salty feta, roasted vegetables, sweet raisins and savoury olives. Roasting lemon slices turns them wonderfully caramelized, giving the dish a lightly perfumed flavour. We’ve served this with a simple coriander couscous to let the flavours of the traybake shine through.
